Find the 6 Bunnies hiding in Suspicious Bushes on the land. Not every bush hides a Bunny.

Find the 6 Parking Leaves and fix them with Shiny Wands..

Bunnies & Parking Leaves
Paint your Bunny then place it on a Leaf.
Click each Bunny on each Leaf to check the placement.
If you have trouble: reload your game and try again.
THEN
Move each Bunny, now sitting on the leaf, to the Pole Neon is holding! Click Neon to check the placement.
Continue clearing the area until you find the Portal to Fairy Forest and the Fairy Godmother.
Fairy Forest
There are 3 Puddles to find and clear, each puddle has one stage

Once the puddles are complete, use strawberries on the fairies to teach them to spin. They must really like strawberries. You can get strawberry plants at the edge of the pond.
Keep feeding strawberries until the Fairies have completed one full spin (4 times)
Snow Blower
Upgrade the snowblower. Collect from the snowblower every 24 hours

Fairy Godmother
Talk to the Fairy Godmother, she will reward you with the Drop of Magic needed to upgrade the Weather Master building.
You can now make some Golden Hands at the Fairy Godmother using the 10 Bunnies from the chests found when looking for Bunnies.
