Mountain Valley

Mountain Valley is the 3rd permanent Faraway Land. Catapults and Prisoners can be found here. The Sacred Well can be loaded to the Airship and taken home.
Land is rich with Iron, Marble, Diamonds and Gold. There are also underground resources that can be mined for with Compasses and Geologists (3 Gold, 3 Marble & 3 Iron)

Mountain Valley unlocks at level 15 and after completing the quest "Portal in the Fog" at Lake of Sorrow. Some quests can be done on other lands.

Always follow the quests, never get ahead of the quests and destroy Bandit Towers or free Prisoners unless a quest directs you to. Finish the quests then complete anything else left on the land.

Mountain Valley
Once upon a time this valley was my clan's home. Then we became exiles. It's time we took this land back!

Travel to Mountain Valley
We've landed in a mountain valley. It is so quiet. It seems the air itself is breathing unease.
The Relics (Mountain Valley & Lake of Sorrow)
Some of the best treasures of this land are the Ancient Obelisks, the Great Swords, and the Sacred Well. I'd say you should find any one of them or better both. Once upon a time all dwarf clans worshipped these monuments.

Find the Sacred Well in the Mountain Valley and load it onto the Airship"

Find the base of the Great Swords at the Lake of Sorrow and load it onto the Airship

Unload any of the relics at Home.
Hurray! I found the first sacred relic and took it Home!
Blood & Marble
Once upon a time they used to mine the famous blue marble in the Mountain Valley. It was used for facing walls of the castles of Ancient Lords. The marble is just precious, it would be nice if you could find some

The Workshop roof became leaky while I was flying back and forth. I need some roof tiles.

A letter from the Tax Office! I have to sell what I don't need from Storage. Not a good time

Find bundles of marble and load them onto the Airship
I found the famous blue marble. It really is blue and very pretty.
By Bread Alone
Hey you, egoist! Sure we've freed the prisoners; don't you think we should feed them too? They got a bit on the thin side, so to say, in captivity

Get meat from the golden animals. Some broth will go well for the hungry.
Treat the captives to some bananas. Collect 20 bananas.

Make Amphorae at the Foundry - you can store leftover food in them.
The freed prisoners worship me. They invited me to rule them in Dwarfville. Well, God willing, I'll earn my title and we'll see how serious they are about it!
Responsible for Dwarves
You know how it works: if you decide to do a good deed you should go all the way. It's not enough to just feed the prisoners; look at the rags they are wearing, you should dress them too.

Make fabric at the Weaving Mill. You'll need it to make clothes for the dwarves.

Make boots for all prisoners

Fabric works for men, but not for Lady-Dwarves. Make some cotton chintz.
I am not the famous moneybag Popfeller, of course, but to hell with it, with the money. People's gratitude, that is dwarves', is worth it.
City Hall
Yep, it was hot around here; it's a good thing bandits have no blood for some reason! Let's get to work; just a bit more and we'll have the Wind Rose!

Dwarves use mushrooms for construction. Very strange dwarves. Plant lots of them.

You'll need planks, lots of planks. Make them at the Grindstone.

Complete the construction of the City Hall!
Alas, but the City Hall did not have what I was looking for. I'll have to wait for another moon phase! Something is wrong!
